For multi-user advisory practices

Advisor Firm Guide

Operate a small advisory firm with team roles, portfolio permissions, workload, revenue analytics and governance.

Firm structure

The Firm Owner controls the commercial account. Managers can oversee the portfolio and team. Advisors work on assigned clients. Reviewers receive read-oriented access to assigned dossiers.

Portfolio management

Use firm analytics to monitor recurring run-rate, weighted pipeline, overdue work, unassigned clients, workload index, capacity and revenue contribution without mixing currencies.

Client assignment

Assign every active relationship to a responsible Advisor. Use the unassigned-client queue as an operational control rather than leaving client ownership implicit.

Governance

Use the Audit Center, retention reviews, consent register, Data Room audit log and permission reviews as operational governance tools. They support compliance work but do not replace legal or regulatory advice.

Commercial use

The plan is structured for up to five internal users and 100 client relationships. Use Enterprise when portfolio/user limits or deployment requirements exceed this model.
